Since my water fast I have been trying to take better care in what i put in my stomach. There is also so many days in the week where you can hop in the car and go explore some unknown area before all your responsibilities catch up you.
So tonight, I went off the path by trying something new. I love myself a cheeseburger on any kind of 🍞. But that does no favors for the waistline. So tonight my wife made turkey burgers wrapped with bacon… Just kidding… iceberg lettuce instead of buns. Instantly, I was a convert. Light, refreshing, and delicious.
Oh and I forgot yesterday but I am on Day 5 of the 30 day plank Challenge with a goal of a 5 Minute Plank. I am proud to say that I made 2 minutes today. I might have been “shaking, rattling, and almost rolling” but I made it. Probably the hardest thing I ever needed to will myself to hold on to.
And I Still was able to get outside for a bit
