Jan 28th let’s start wrapped this month up

My poor little man, Liam has the flu.   It’s so hard to see someone so little and innocent in so much discomfort.   He’s talking more and my everyday but he is still unable to tell me where he is in pain.  Makes me feel helpless.

I still feeling is from my long day tomorrow but I’m determined to get up at 4 tomorrow at his the gym.  I have a short day in the morning then the rest of the day is mine.

We are wrapping up on the first month of resolutions.  Come Feb 1st I will have 8 new resolutions but the idea is to keep old ones as well.

Let’s see how we did this month

8/2- 8 glasses of water and 2 chia drinks.   I am really proud of my progress on this one.  I have never drank water regularly and now it’s like second nature .  I just deleted my water reminder app because I don’t think I need it and it annoys me.   5 lbs lost in 2 weeks is definitely attributed to water intake.   I also turned my obsession with soda into a one a day indulgence.   I still drink on bottle of water with chia in it each morning for all the nutrients but I am only sticking with one a day instead of two.
